DESIGN AND
CONSULTING
We offer complete planning and design services for commercial kitchens; this approach ensures that the kitchen equipment layout being implemented is perfectly tailored for the kitchen application and meets the intent of the design.
The following services can be provided to the client after various coordination meetings to assess the specific requirements:
- Development of schematic design based on floor plan and required criteria
- Detailed elevation/ fabrication details of each area
- Detailed list and catalogue of all branded and custom equipment
- Identification and submittal of all electro-mechanical requirements for the equipment. These are normally issued to the MEP contractor for installation.
- Installation and commissioning of equipment until handing over

ENGINEERING
We deploy our experience to provide our clients with competitive engineering solutions to reduce the cost of their project or the time of design, preserving the desired quality standards. This is accomplished through two main factors.
The first is our experience in kitchen design, and the ability to propose functional and practical alternatives on the design itself, to present optimum solutions to certain problems, whereas the second factor is our relationship with various manufacturers in the kitchen industry, and our strong relationship with many of these industry leaders.
PROCUREMENT
Our procurement strategy is based on accuracy. This is the first stage where information turns into tangible outcomes.Our client’s selection from catalogues materializes into actual equipments, with some item being ordered from overseas, and others manufactured locally.
Hence, our confirmation orders are studied thoroughly before being issued. Our order confirmations pass through three levels of verification:
INSTALLATION
All our technicians are fully qualified, whatever the size of the scope is – being a one item installation or a complete kitchen package, each installation will be carried out by fully qualified and technicians.
JETS technicians attend regular manufacturer’s training seminars and mandatory periodic factory visits to keep up to date with equipment installations and continually develop their technical expertise.
COMMISSIONING
After testing the kitchen system components individually and verifying the connections of the kitchen equipment, the commissioning phase starts in accordance with client requirements and with the attendance of their representative(s). Our standard commissioning procedure consists of three main subprocedures.
- Operational demonstration
- Operation and maintenance training
- Documentation Submission

MAINTENANCE
At JETS we offer a full range of maintenance contracts and preventive service programs that ensures your equipment works at its maximum efficiency. Maintenance services range from regular preventive maintenance visits to annual services and maintenance contracts, wherein all our services, assure timely attendance and competency in problem-solving.
In our maintenance services, we rely on our highly qualified team of technicians and engineers. Our stock of spare parts covers a huge range of kitchen and refrigeration equipment from several manufacturers.
